An Ottawa man has been arrested and charged after allegedly visiting a young girl’s home twice and leaving gifts, Ottawa Police Service said in a release issued Oct. 5.
Adam Daniels, 45, of Ottawa, faces charges of criminal harassment, mischief and prowling by night. Police identified him as a former Uber Eats driver.
Investigators allege Daniels went to the girl’s residence on two separate occasions and left packages described as “Secret Admirer” gifts.
The release did not identify the neighbourhood where the alleged incidents occurred or say when they took place. It also did not give the girl’s age.
