February ends with a full slate of shows and drop-in afternoons across Mississauga. Here is what is on the city's events calendar from Friday, Feb. 27, through the start of next week.

1. Gratitude at Meadowvale Theatre, Friday

Singer Dr. Navneet Sharma leads an evening concert called Gratitude at Meadowvale Theatre, 6315 Montevideo Rd., on Friday at 7 p.m. He will be backed by a group of instrumentalists. Tickets start at $42.20 plus fees through Ticketmaster, and all sales are final. The show is presented by an outside group, not the city.

2. Legend of the Museum comic book launch, Saturday

Heritage Mississauga and the Museums of Mississauga are launching a new comic book, Legend of the Museum, at the Benares Visitor Centre, 1503 Clarkson Rd. N., on Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. Visitors can meet the artist, Daniel Wong, and see the museum artifacts that inspired the story. Light refreshments will be served, and registration is through Eventbrite. Tours of Benares Historic House run on the hour by donation.

3. Frank and Cos at the Living Arts Centre, Saturday

Social media comedians Frank Spadone and Cosimo Tucci bring their sketches and characters to the stage in Frank and Cos Live in Your Neighbourhood, Saturday at 8 p.m. at the Living Arts Centre, 4141 Living Arts Dr. The show is recommended for ages 13 and up. Tickets start at $55 plus fees.

4. Family afternoons at the museums, Saturday and Sunday

Mississauga's museums keep their weekly drop-in family programs going. Bradley Museum, 1620 Orr Rd., hosts crafts and table games in the barn, plus outdoor games beside it, on Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m. On Sunday, the same kind of afternoon moves to Benares Historic House, 1507 Clarkson Rd. N., with board games and a craft in the Visitor Centre and games on the lawn. No pre-registration is needed, but children must be supervised by an adult.

5. Peel Dance Showcase, Tuesday

Looking ahead to early next week, the Peel Dance Teachers' Association presents its 2026 showcase at the Living Arts Centre on Tuesday, March 3, at 7 p.m., with dance from 26 Peel District School Board schools. Tickets are $9.15 plus fees.
