A breakfast chain known for tall stacks of pancakes has opened its third Mississauga restaurant, this one in Meadowvale West near Highway 401.
Stacked Pancake House has moved into the Winston Argentia Centre, the plaza at the northeast corner of Winston Churchill Boulevard and Argentia Road. It marks its grand opening on Saturday, Feb. 21, when many menu items will be half price for dine-in customers.
The chain's other Mississauga locations are at South Common Mall and Clarkson Crossing.
What's on the menu
Pancakes come in more than a dozen varieties, from strawberry banana and chocolate chip cookie dough to New York blueberry cheesecake and birthday cake. The breakfast menu also includes omelettes, eggs Benedict, hash browns, French toast, waffles and crepes, along with a children's menu.
Later in the day, the kitchen serves sandwiches, burgers, wraps, salads and poutine. Meals can also be ordered ahead for pickup.
The restaurant usually opens daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
A fast-growing chain
Stacked was founded in 2016 and has grown to more than 80 locations across Canada, including restaurants in Hamilton, Brantford, Burlington, Port Colborne and Niagara Falls.
