Brampton’s Route 54 County Court is being realigned to serve Havelock Drive from Monday, November 2. For riders near the loop, the change means checking both their boarding point and departure time before travelling.

The City’s November service-change notice lists Route 54 for weekday, Saturday and Sunday adjustments. It also publishes a map of the Havelock alignment.

Route 54’s Havelock stops

The City’s live schedule tool, checked October 27, shows November 2 evening times at four Havelock locations: north of Merganser Crescent (north), west of Kesteven Crescent (west), west of Plover Place and south of Bloomingdale Drive.

Those same rows display no times in the October 27 evening schedule examined. This comparison covers the displayed evening trips, rather than every trip or day of the week.

For November 2, the displayed Gateway Terminal departures run from 6:05 p.m. to 9:05 p.m. at 20-minute intervals. The 6:05 p.m. trip reaches the four Havelock stops at 6:11, 6:12, 6:12 and 6:13 p.m., respectively. These are scheduled times, not a guarantee of arrival; the tool cautions that traffic affects service.

Check the date before choosing a trip

Select Brampton Transit and Route 54 in the schedule tool, then choose the travel date and time. An October result should not be used to plan a November trip. Check the stop’s own listing as well as the route map, particularly when arranging a connection.

The wider November update also changes other routes, with different lists for weekdays and weekends. Riders connecting from County Court should check the City’s full list for their second bus. The next scheduled system service change is January 4, 2027.
